Does DirtMap work without internet?
Yes. Download map areas in advance and the map, GPS recording and navigation keep working with no signal. Convoy, sharing and trip-video rendering need a connection.
Is the same account used on phone and web?
Yes — your DirtMap account works across Android, iOS and the web app at app.dirtmap.eu.
How is Premium billed?
Through the App Store or Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). The yearly plan includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel anytime from your store account.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. You can also request deletion from the web — see the link below. Deletion is permanent.
Why does DirtMap use background location?
For track recording and convoy, GPS keeps sampling while the app is backgrounded so the route is complete. A persistent notification shows whenever this is active, and you can stop it any time.
